Hello every body ..

I have a nokia 3310 which is dead ....,

all values is ok ...., try to flash it i get error message "phone ram is bad"...., after changing 3 times flash ic and also 3 times ram ic is still "phone ram is bad" ...., how to solve this problem ...?

Check/change ccont...

Check/change D304 flash voltage monitor

try to rehot ram and ccont and before eject cobba .and this stand phone says contact service.after flashing instal cobba.regards

ccont was changed ...., i will try change D304 and post the result ....

also CPU is faulty too will give this msg too

hay its not a cpu problam please change flash its 100% working i will do a lot of phones

Phone ram is bad mean boot loader is not accepted.
Possible reasons are related to power and data bus.
Is your phone totaly dead or it is refuses flashing process?

Byte already changed 3 times of flash ic.. and still don't works (still say phone ram is bad)

i have this problem on some 8250 and i fixed by replaced CPU and some by flash ic...

i Byte case, it might be the CPU..
