be carefull because newer phones uses lead free solder balls and requires more heat to melt it,otherwise you will tamper the solder clads of the board. |

me use near abt 390 to 420.... its help for me... |
Hi! I use 340-360 degrees for lead-free soldering, but you must consider different calibrations of each soldering station, i mean the indicated and the real temperature may differ. |
