Small ic's is a little harder to stabilize on board because of heating air it can fly away from board.

No that is E66 Slider E52 Have 2 layer CPU & Flash.

I put glued ic in Dichloroetane дихлорэтан - Google Search for some hours someone use Paintstriper.

I have made a clean of 9700 bold CPU & Flash after i unsolder it had black glue.
If you think to put it on board it will evaporate not work.
