i have a a 6280 some keys r not working i changed the both keypad ic but now no key pad is working there is no continuty on keypad tips wats the reason i have chande the keypad ic 4 time plz help if anyone knows wats the reason

check connector. check keys with tester. in the end reball RAP. If you did z2580 and z3300 100%. good luck
