What is the Function of WATCH-DOG in Mobile fone. And how Watch-dog do work in mobile fone.

Watch Dog function actually monitors the IMEI data and SP data.if any data corruption or manipulation in these sector causes the phone to shut down.And also the the service provider will black-list these phones.

Means phone dead or BLOCK???
3. how watchdog monitor IMEI and SP data?
4. and can we repair currepted data and manipulation area? if yes then how..?

1. SP data means "Service Provider data".
2. shuts down after 30 sec in DCT4 models (IMEI ?????????????)
Blocked (SIM card not valid)
3. how? (sorry,that i dont know)
4. (i think now u know)
