Phone was moistured after this no network .
With sim card phone show's network operator (RX bar show's 0) for few second's , PA give's one short impulse and operator's name dissapear's .
I have washed pcb in ultarasonic cleaner and replaced 13 Mhz generator , this gives no result . On PCB no sign of water damage .

you have to set wintesla to RF control,-> RX -> apply
and set SG to 947.06771Mhz, and start to check at RX path ,
71Mhz and 13Mhz (1 IF, 2 IF), and IP/QP to COBBA !

Water damage,,,, so hard to say anything !

At first : reflash software
Second: Rehot all IC including MAD ! (tested by me several times)
Third :Use wintesla to check RX and TX functionality and it
depends on results what to do next !
