tested with R600, does not Work

by reading says always time out

PS: I have just looked at the soft again, it is for the old models and not for the new one

thats not very fair, u say new free soft!!!! when u download it, it says its for ericsson A2628, t20, T29 etc....
and then in the soft it says

"For R520, T39, T65, T68, T200, T300, R600 Code Reader
visit http://www.gsmkima.com"

now thats being sneaky..... also look this soft alredy in other post
