Member: 1018888 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | TEMS Investigation 9.0.1 log file convert issue I am trying to do a logfile convention using TEMS Investigation 9.0.1. However after I click the "Export logfile=>add->Format" then I can't selection any file format. I am keep getting "Can't Create Converter" error. What's the problem. Please help! Thanks, |

Member: 62925 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I have the same problem Exactly the same issue with me, I have tried for the past couple of months to figure out how to solve this issue and even I have contacted TEMS Support... without any effictive solution, recently I have formated my laptop .. And also I got the same error message "Can't create coveter!" When I want to export the logfiles of TEMS 9 or 10 to any format... I need ur help guys ... please don't disappoint me! Thanks in advance |

Member: 62925 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | The problem looks like it is related to some updates of windows XP, but I coudn't figure out what is it, because when i install TEMS on a laptop with non updated windows, the problem is no more existing and when i install TEMS on a laptop with latest updates of windows, I face the mentioned problem... GUYS ..... PLEASE HELP !!! .. tell me which update shall i remove ...??? |
