Same here with SM-G390F Xcover4.
Now I also cant install Quick Shortcut Maker anymore, it just gets stuck installing - I could before this :-(

Messed about and found another way into development settings, and got the thing working again. ADB Operation -> Remove FRP = worked!
Logged in with my Google account, all seemed great, but then tried factory reset = locked again :-(
Or at least it says "unknown error, try another account or try again in 24hours"...
