There are no Boxes that can do the unlock for the Sprint Note 9 yet. The only way is with someone who has direct access to Sammy Servers and they will have to do it remotely usb in order to unlock it. Average price ranges from $115 up to $200. Let me know if you found a source better than those prices. I would love to pay $85 instead. LOL

The Sprint Note 9 (N960U) can be unlocked using Octopus box since about a month now, though it's not cheap (about 110usd). It does not fix the imei, only unlocks it.

If we download the sprint file and install it on the phone, will the simlock be opened?

If we write cert to the phone, does simlock open?

if you can get cert and wipe msl/efs it could be possible, but how you will get cert? is the question.

octoplus can do it by server but its gonna run you 750 credits or over 90usd
