Because it is Fake. BEWARE that Monkie81(real name Jeremy Smith) is a scammer. I paid him through Paypal on Monday and he ignored me for 4 days with no service. I had to file a dispute through PayPal. He tried to get me to pay as"friends and family"... Good thing I made the transaction as "Goods and services" and paid the PayPal fee. The only way I was able to contact him once was getting his email via the PayPal transaction. I suspect that the person "Code4ios" that left him good reviews on here is a fake profile, probably made up by him. Avoid the headache and just pay someone on eBay that has a lot of good feedback.
