samsung z500 connection problems - GSM-Forum

Can someone please assist me? I have a samsung z500 with the vodafone live software. I have activated my 3G connection and activated vlive when ever i connect to vlive it says service unavalable I also try connect useing my phone as a modem and that fails as well. Do I need a firmware up Grade? Are there any setting on my phone I could change.

I have checked the cable still not working even when i try and connect useing the phone it says service unavailable. but connect via the normal gprs settings it connects. it only gives service unavailable when useing vlive connections?
