works perfect if phone fw is not altered! There is no better developer for Palm solutions.

yes i sell there server unlocks.
Problems are caused by customised firmware being flashed (very common) and also phone not going intro passthrough mode which doesnt allow you to install the Diag drivers.This is a Palm error and again commong fault in there firmware.
Both can be repaired with webosdoctor. For sure the unlock works fine and gives all codes .

just login to Jic website and download the latest installer.It has the latest manual which contains all info on these probs and how to fix.Thats all i did!
