moto v100 firmware

i believe the firmware in my v100 is screwed up, it will load up then look for network, register on to tmobile( i live in the usa) then stay for 5 secs then repeat the process, it will do this like twenty times, then finally say "check card" my sim is not messed up, and tryed my friends sim and did the same thing, what the heck is a matter with it? it just started to do this right after i got it 2 days ago, i never droped it and was working fine for about a day, any suggestions, or does any body know what it is? this also happened to my motorola t-193, but i just threw that away cause i have about three of them. this new moto v100 i got is great for me cause i use sms and i really wanna get this fixed! any help would be appreciated Thank You.
