i´ve got a V3688, the keypad works not right

when i press 1 it shows 2 or sometimes 7
some keys are working (e.g.: #), but sometimes - i press # one time - it reacts like i´m pressing the button all the time
whats wrong with this stupid phone (NO waterdamage)

As your situation it seems it's the ram bad contact just reflow it and see
