v3690 can't make call - GSM-Forum

hi friends
i have here v3690 that connect fine to network, but 9 out off 10 time's it can't make a call(sometime it does)
tried with severall providers no change

somebody regornice this problem ??

please help me out

That's the frequency error problem, you just need send your phone to Motorola service centre, they will correct it by wingate phrasing it just a simple work for them

But sometimes that problem will caused by wrong hex file. you just need to reflash it!

A friend of mine has a problem with the same phone. The thing turns its-self off sometimes when he try's to make a call. The battery is full, secure, etc, and there's no problems with his sim. Since his phone is second hand (and unlocked with EMMI i believe) he can't send it back to Motorola...
