Big Problem... PLEASE HELP (T720i) - GSM-Forum

I tried to upload a mp3 file to the phone as a ringtone and forgot to check the size (stupid i know) via PST

Now, even after I took out all the custome ringtones and graphics, I'm still about 60k short, it seems that it was partially uploaded but not showing up so I have no way of deleting it...

Anyone got any suggestions as to how I can reclaim my space? Since the T720i has only like 450k for data... 60k is a lot... please help

Before trying this I must remind you that this will clear out all user data in the handset.

Try doing a master reset, master clear on the handset.

Code is 000000 for each if I remember correctly.

Let me know how you get on.

Still the same...

With nothing... (except the camera and motogp) I have 348k free, however, I remember that I had over 400k free when I first got it so it must still be there...

I'll check the exact specs when I get into work tomorrow.

What SW version have you got?

The only other thing I can think of is trying the media manager and seeing if that can see anything.

that's what my phone tells me, and no media manager doesn't see anything at all... otherwise I'd just deleted it myself.

t720i has total 512k right? How much does the camera application and motoGP take?
