can not flash a phone......

Hi, I have an strange problem trying to flash a Mot V3r, the phone has R45_G_08.BD.2AR_2 flash, wich is not the right flash, I repair PDS with GOT and flash it again with R4515_G_08.BD.D3R but after flash phone has still the same flash , I mean, allways R45_G_08.BD.2AR_2 , i can not write the right flash, does any one have any idea why this could happen?, thansk
