Data Suite - GSM-Forum

Hi,

does anyone know a data suite like Oxygen (which is used for Nokia's) that will copy user data from mobiles and then put it all back on after a flash?
I have Oxygen for Nokia, but i'm trying to find some software for all other manufacturers.
