E398 with bootloader 8.23

ok guys ive been posting my problem on howard forums and have had no luck with it. Im hoping someone here may have some knowledge into my problem.

I flashed my E398 (bootloader version 7.e0) with the latest V635 flash using MMF. My fone would not power on but i could get the bootloader screen up by pressing *# + power buttons. I believe that MMF (MultiFlashFLex) will not completly overwrite the bootloader. So I found a 8.23 bootloader flash that wrote the complete 8.23 bootloader onto my E398.

The Phone will not power on or even display a bootloader screen anymore. If i press the *# + power on button and plug the usb cable in PST will recognise the fone and allow me to attempt to flash *******packs onto it.
So.....

I Extracted the bin files from an E398 95_r *******pack and also from a V635 *******pack with Random SHX. I replaced the E398 7.e0 bootloader bin with the 8.23 bootloader bin and corrected checksums then recompiled the *******pack. So i now have an E398 95_r *******pack with bootloader 8.23. I flashed this onto my fone thinking that this should at least boot up my fone but still the phone will not power on or even display a bootloader screen. Pst shows my bootloader is 8.23 and if i try to flash any *******pack or reflash that has a bootloader older than this new 8.23 one im given an error sending Ram downloader message. Ive even tried to flash other C, A and Triplets series flashes onto it in order to corrupt, overwrite or erase this bootloader as im grapsing at straws and have run out of ideas. Ive read about people frying their bootloader with radiocomm so i even tried that but it keeps giving me errors.
any ideas on erasing eeproms or downgrading methods?
