E770v Problems?

I'll keep it as basic as possible but is the E770v known for having problems?Me and another guy are having problems with it. I've got mine repaired once and I just had to send it away again today. I have slow down on a lot of menus even tho I only have like 5 songs on it, sometimes the picture capture says 'Picture Capture Failed - Excute...*other words*' and when the texts were messing up a lot(I couldn't select a number to put in). It seemed fine after the first repair but yesterday I got 4 texts which I didnt see coming in so I tried to get into the inbox but it just kept acting like I was pushing the 'Back' button instead of forward. I tried turning off the phone etc and the customer care guy didnt know what to do. I brought it into the shop and she was going to try something but the security code is changed from 0000 or 1234 and I didnt change it so it seems pretty messed up to me. Is this happing to other e770v's and is there a way to fix it?and is there a way to change the security code to one I know?
Also, is the Bluetooth on this phone only made to recieve transfers and not be able to sedn anything? I can't pick up other bluetooth phones or send but can recieve. The other guy is the same so I thought it was just made like this..is that right?
