How to set Mp3 as ring tone in V600???? - GSM-Forum

I have used the P2Kman but can't use the Mp3 as ring tone... I can hear the Mp3 but if I try to set as ring tone the phone switch to the Styles menu again...How can I do that??

try setting it from the actual mp3 file you want to use rather than through ringstyles.....
see if that works for you

@Greenleaf: I have trying for all day... The option say all OK but NOT SOUND at any incoming call... NOT SOUND!!! but if I select the HelloMoto (Mp3) as ring tone no problem... I have trying with many mp3 tones... no way...

The Mp3 file is in the phone... I can use only to hear music... but not as ring!!

How long is the file and what is the bit rate?

Cut file down to 20 seconds. Use bit rate of no more than 80kbs (22khz).

Should work.

Try to master clear \master reset operations but in this case every rings you should be download again :-(
and there is a useful program appear Motorola Mobil Phone Tool for user. try to use it

no don't..not yet anyway...that is a last option
try setting everything in the phone to silent (p2ktools is good to do it with) and then restart the phone and then you will get into ringstyles again
