Please could you tell what languages. And is it unbranded or set to a certain network? I tried one recently and locked my phone to a network that does not exist in my part of the world.

Language Package 0039 (UK English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese).
I forgot if it is branded to vodafone or not
