L7 R4517_G08.C4.25R won't start after GOT_MOTO unlock

Hi, GOT team, Help needed.

GOT_MOTO successfully unlocked L7 with R4517_G08.C4.1ER, but had trouble for R4517_G08.C4.25R, here is what happened.

1) After performing unlock sequence, no error message on GOT_MOTO, but after turned on, shows the Hello Moto screen and turns itself off after about 2 seconds.

2) Perfom repairing PDS in GOT_MOTO, nothing changes.

3) Use RDS lite 3.2 to fully flash with 1ER MP, the phone cannot turn off and always stays in Boot loader screen, shows FM version as 25R but with SIG error

4) Repair PDS again in GOT_MOTO, phone still cannot turn off but shows FM version 1ER without Sig error, but only stays in boot loader mode even after taking off/on the battery.

5) Full-flashed with 25R FM again with RDS lite, goes back to show hello moto screen for 2 seconds and then turns off, basically back to 1).

6) repairing PDS again in GOT_MOTO will not change anything.

I am running out of options. I googled around and got the impression that 25R is somehow very different from 1ER.

Please help to bring my L7 back to work.

Unlock L7 with bootloader 0A.20 and sw R4517_G_08_C4_25R without problem using testpoint... got_moto ver37

Got the same problem, using GOT, but actualy error accur when I unlock it on my smart clip, GOT had revive it but shutdown after 2 sec, now looking for full flashfile R4517 for smartmoto. Or any procedure for GOT to repair the unit? TIA
