MOTOFONE F3 :: How to enter subsidy code? - GSM-Forum

Inserting any SIM other than the original carrier's results in a "NO SIM 03-020" message.

I have purchased a subsidy code for remote unlock, but cannot get the phone to ask for it.

Ideas?

Is remote unlock via subsidy code entry even possible with this phone?

Same problem for me...i have the unlock code...but NO SIM 03-020 message...

...If there is a sollution, please help me.

try to unlock all f3 mto with f3-clip .fone must be in flash mode *,# and power

man!!! just insert sim .. and let the phone stay with that sim 1h.. 24h.. after this time he will ask subsidy code.. dont warry.. he 100% will ask.. just wait with wrong sim inside...

1) Firstly insert another sim-card into your phone and wait for subsidy code inquiry.
2) Try to change firmware version of your Motofone by flashing it using RSD. And then it will probably ask you to enter Subsidy Code.

insert an not accepted sim card and wait for 40mn after that the phone will ask you for the phone code.

most f3's do not ask for subsidy code
when you insert a non-accepted sim it will appear with
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
when you see this just enter unlock code and click ok

I live in the USA and have an unlock clip... if you ship it to me, I will unlock it for you! The TELCEL F3s wont let you enter a subsidy code at all...

That doesnt work with TELCEL Motofone F3s... with an unaccepted SIM...no subsidy code can be entered...only the 9 and 1 function.....
