MOTOROLA C350 SECURITY CODE FREE SOLUTION
- Turn ON the phone without SIM card
- Enter *#06# (IMEI will be displayed)
- Enter <MENU> followed by 048263* (the sequence must be entered quickly when the IMEI displayed on the screen, If u can't see "OP" code… continue the 2nd and 3rd step again
- This should bring up a screen with the word Opcode in the top left hand corner
- Enter 18*0
- Enter 18*1

Good man, but not work, maybe only on some version.
