I have successfully flashed a dead motorola L7v with SCout software using my Scard. Thanks to GSM Server.

Of course my friend SCout is compatible with S-Card from version 1.40 and is the former PC Flash function of SmartMoto plus Compal + i-Mode flashing via PC USB/COM ports.
