Motorola PC->Mobile software - GSM-Forum

The thing is I'd like to know the name (a link wouldn't hurt either) of some sort of software that I can use to upload/download mp3, pictures, sms, and so on form motorola phones (E398 to be more precise) to/from PC. Is there some generic solution such as Nokia PC Suite? Or does each phone come with its specific software?
Thanks for any help. A name will suffice, I'm pretty sure I can find somewhere to get it from, it's just that I don't know what to look for exactly.

for Motorola is MobilePhoneTool. and is size about 150mb.

Use P2KTools. You don't need to install anything, just download and open.

Look for P2kMan ... very easy, just about 1Mb
