Hi, when i try on my other simcard.
It's says Contact Service Provider.
Why is it mean and How can i use the other simcard?
Is there anyway to solve this problem?

this phone is sp locked so u need to unlock it,search the forum u will find free stuff to unlock it

i dont have any software that could unlock it.
what is the software to unlock this mobile ?

there is many but you also need a box or a dongle

here in the forum are free software for unlock youre v3 but you need an usb n know the software version of youre phone or you can kill it
