You need to use SmartMoto to unlock these models.
- Power on the phone.
- Connect it to PC via smart-clip, detect your phone in SmartMoto.
- Go to Unlock bookmark, pick your model, press "Start unlock procedure" button.
- Phone goes into boot mode, reserve copy of security area is created.
- Part of phone Firmware is reflashed.
- Phone doesn't power on after that. SmartMoto will give you the message requiring to take phone into boot mode using keys combination: *,#, PWR ON (at this moment the phone has to be connected by usb cable) or using Rapper cable.
Press "OK" button. Wait till the process ends.
The phone powers on and is ready to be unlocked by Smart-Clip using simple "press one button" method (press Unlock button on Smart-Clip).

it depends on what firmware the phone has. Smartmoto and Smartclip cannot unlock v975 with boot 0.5.F.1 sw R245_U_82_31_56I and at this moment neither can MSS4

are you sure? v975 with this boot loader and this software? I spent 2 days trying with SmartMoto and SmartClip, Also trying with Victor MSS4 versions 4.0.0.8 and 4.0.0.9 beta and it wasnt until today that victor says no solution yet but they working on it. So I very Much doubt that you did it with smart clip

Well the one I tried was exactly the same as this. Tried with smartmoto which gave the message "this can now bw unlocked with smartclip" but each time I tried the green light went to red (error). I dont think these people can distinguish between the sw versions because I know some versions are supported the same as mss4 BUT not this one..........Yet

This phone needs to be unlocked in normal way (P2K platform), no SmartMoto required.

Are you confirming that smatclip does unlock v975 boot loader vr 0.5.f.1 sw R245-U-82.31.56I ?

I personally get the red light when I press unlock and have to disconnect clip from power to reset it (after waiting long time and disconnecting phone.
