Reset of the phone frequency is possible only if the handset hardware allows to do so. It might happen that the process of band changing was successfully completed but after switching the phone off and turning it back on, the band automatically changes to the default one. This means that phone’s hardware does not support customer settings.

sorry Mr. GSM_Support. hardware is not any matter here. all of them is now working perfectly just after writing proper flex

here's a couple quad-band enabled flashes for the v360.

http://yuetblog.********.com/2006/10...or-v360l7.html

these flashes have the field engineering menu enabled, so you can see whether 900MHz is working by looking at the channel numbers.

in north america, we have the opposite problem. we need to enable the 850Mhz band on european spec v360's. no cellular carrier here uses 900Mhz or 1800MHz.

so far, there's been mixed success. some euro v360's seem to have the needed hardware for 850MHz support. and some do not.
