Nothing like that from SC SUPPORT. YOU CAN ONLY GET PST FILE.

PST cant flash V3X, only RSD Lite 2.3 or 2.4
Tested with V3X shx flash files

I SAID "PST FILE" means "SHX FILE" , NOT NECESSARELY use PST.

Make sure the phone is FULLY installed in your System.
PST is leaving the place to RSD as some sections of PST are not being updated.
===RSD is in most Case the Best in Flashing, always use RSD first===

i have a problem after unlock with smart moto and it's the first once !!!always ok with that dongle ...but this once the electicity current gone away while unlocking.. the phone after givin the start up image power off and give white light on the screen and power down ...i 've used the repair pds in smartmoto and tried to flash it with pst: it gave critical error
flashed it with rsd 2.5 with the ******* pack r252211ld_u 85_97_90r and returned to point 0 i mean rsd repaired what have done the pst !...........now the phone is still like he was powering down and givin white lcd..etc anyhelp please
