Here in Brazil there are some people saying they unlock new Moto WITHOUT TP, without even open the phone...... all these people say: put a seal in phone and send me, I will unlock without remove seal.... they say too is not with operator subsid codes.........

yes, there are some file that put subsidy code to 0000000, but only work on unlocked phone and is for warranty purpose, you flash file for the subsidy, then flash phone with original firmware, phone will have again sim-lock but you have setted the code to 0 and could be easily unlocked when will come back from warranty center.

yes the flex to reset the subsidy code to 000000000 work only in phones already unlocked.

If you have a unlocked phone, and flash with a locked *******pack it will be locked again, then you can use this flex to unlock it
