Orange V500 Contact Service Provider


Its locked to Orange but even after I flash it with a full V600 firmware + flex how come it still display contact service provider when I insert in the simcard? May I know how to remove that and make the phone working again?
Btw I am using not using a orange simcard. Thank you.

The phone is locked.

If you leave it on for a long time it will ask for the subsidy/special code.
