R374_V3BL_07.D0.shx

Could anybody please upload this file ?

I need to unlock my girlfriend's V3, and apparently I need this file to downgrade the firmware. It's currently on 07.E0 and the unlocking software won't work.

Thanks in advance.

07.E0 does not need to be downgraded. That predates the 8.23 and the 8.26 bootloaders.

Well if I attempt to unlock it using Motorola_unlocker_2005_free it does the following:

RFone found :-)
Connected SUCKesfully, performing cumming
Done :-)

Then if the phone is switched on with an O2 sim in there, it displays the Registering Screen for a few seconds and then says Unregistered SIM where the logo should be.

The phone is currently locked to Virgin/T-Mobile.

"Unregistered Sim" just means its an inactive sim...the phone is unlocked

But it's my mum's sim and she was using until I put it in the phone. It works on her V550, but not in this V3, so I think the problem is with the simlock and not the card.

If it was the simlock interfering it would say "enter subsity password". I would try another sim.

Well the only other sim I have with me right now is my own T-mobile one, but I assume that the Tmobile sims will work in locked virgin phones and vice versa anyway.

I guess I'll just have to try my girlfriend's O2 sim in there tomorrow. Thanks for your help mate.

If that was the case, then the phone wouldn't work on any network at all.

I don't think it's stolen.

Hi mates,

Use Triplet tool compilation to make sure that your phone is "totally" unlocked.

To have a "bail" on your phone, you need to downgrade the bl to 7.D0 and then use flash flashbackup, pdseditor.... which is not possible with 7.E0.

PDSeditor has more success than final.

Best regards,
Aishur

Hi mates,

In this case
This means the sim can't register to any network.
1 your phone is barred (cause stolen, unpaid invoice...)
2 due to the weakness of recieved and sent signal, try emergency call without sim "112" (before check your laws)

Best regards,
Aishur

I've downloaded that pack and ran TTC.

It said the following regarding the sim lock:

In Factory = Red Bar
Sim-Lock = Green Bar
Unlocking Attempts = 3/3

I've tried my girlfriend's o2 sim in there tonight and that comes up with unregistered sim, however the virgin sim that the phone came with works in there without any trouble, as does my own Tmobile one.

Hi mates

The Ttc says your phone is unlocked

unlocked phone:
Sim-Lock = can be green or FF
Unlocking Attempts = sometimes it's 255/255 or 10/10 or 5/5 or 3/3

I still confused with your last post.

By fp262, make a pds backup (64 kb) and post it here or check with pdseditor there is no colored seems bars.
or
Update your phone with a newer MP.

Best regards,
Aishur
