RDS Lite 2.6 Error - GSM-Forum

I got a Motorola V1050 locked on the Vodafone NL / UK network. Now when i connect the phone it notices its a V1050 but it in the upper left window it shows N/A everywhere, at the IMEI/ESN it shows N/A en when i try to Flash it it gives me the following error:

13001: TCI instance not found,1.

Whats wrong? Im using the right flash file for my phone (got it through this forum) and its installed the right way i installed it on every USB port by now.
