Smart-Clip or not?
 

I´m standing before decission to buy a motorola smart-clip! But is it possible to repair a v3 with completly empty flash with it??? Or is there any other commercial solution?

orry - you will not fix it with SmartClip

It depends on what do you thought when you said empty. Phone with new flash chip can be flashed with image file and then you must enter IMEI and BT adress. If you have only flash Blank phone you must flash it with image file, repair PDS (for example Smart-Clip) and flash again with any ******* file

If it is for new flash chip I have good solution for u

I forgot to say, that I have a binary fullbackup, I made before! Because that I feeled secure! :-( I tried to flash it back to phone with Flashbackup, which erase the flash before flashing, but unfortunetly it doesnt flash! Today I know, that restoring backup doesnt work on every P2K phone! It had bootloader 07.E0! I believe, the flash is completly empty! I already flashed the phone with some files from motofon.ru and RSD Lite 2.5! So the phone has a firmware and bootloader 07.E0 again, which I can downgrade to 07.D0, but this all doesnt help me!

Old Motorola Phones have a bdm-port to flash through the mcu! Does this new phones have bdm, too?

Empty Phone And New Bootloader Need Get To Flash Phone....

So Try With Tp Must Work.....full Flash And Repair Pds...after Full Flash Again.

Must Work...if Not Then Flash Ic Is Not Good..

For what should this testpoint in this case be good? Where to get flashfiles and what software to flash? How to repair PDS?
I have much hope in USB-Smart with moto addon, I ordered yesterday!
