I want to upgrade my 720 into 722i, what softwares(include which version) and tools do I need to prepare? and How to do it? pls tell me the details. Thank you !

It is my understanding this is not possible, and if you were to try, it'd leave your phone dead. It is however possible to flash to a T720i.... flashes and information can be found at www.spunlock.com
