t720 dead with victor help plz

i have com cable used with vector

and i falsh the phone with

T720_G_05.05.20R_unlock_edition.vfl

but after this phone blink only when press power


but after this phone dosent accept any flash

and give me error "enable to communicate with the phone

have ue connected the charger to the com cable"


i have Short pins 13/14 on data cable but i need when time

exacly i short the pin 13/14

1 when victor give me " cheking file compability

or

2 werning


3 reading file


4 or when preparing phone


and pin 13/14 in com cable is similay in usb cable
