Ultima Box Software?

I've acquired an ultima box for motorola phones. The package included the standalone black box, usb flash drive, older style moto phone usb cable, and newer style moto phone usb cable.

Unfortunately, i'm missing all the documentation and details about the turbosupport feature that is mentioned on their website. I'm also missing the power cable for this setup.

Can anyone provide me with information on how to use this device?

Missing so many. Next time better buy Ultima Box Light and you will get all included: DVD w flash files, all cables, nice support only in this forum.
