V3 Arabic SMS proplem - GSM-Forum

hi everyone,
i have Motorola Black RAZR V3
but it has a proplem
when i write a sms msg in arabic and send it to another mobile
its arrived empty ??!!

so how can i fix that??
please help me .

I'm having same problem with Motorola V3, v80.
This has happened before and some how got corrected but now it's happenning again. I tried different Arabic language packs from Victorgsm's MSS4 and same result. Still searching for answer.

Update:

There appears to be a fix posted in MSSBox forum. One is a flex file that corrects the sms transmission. The other was a fix posted by a member stating the fix could be done with p2k by way of editing. I will be testing tomorrow as I have tons of Razr's that need correcting.

What was the fix to the above problem? I am having the same problem with V3R.

try to use smartclip... go yo services ... press on enable unicode ... this will fix the problem...

its very easy problem if you have mss4 just flex it with this flix file LTE_UNICODE_SMS_FIX.flx4 and it will be ok

if you dont have mss4 use newp2k tool and go to other features and choose messages and press get and cheak in sms unicide the press set .

and will be ok

smart clip can solve this proble in one butten click "Enable Unicode"
