i too have a razr with a 0A.30 - R4515_G_08.BD.62R

If it is unlocked via tp can i hack it and remove locked files and change the bootup and shutdown screens and other things.

No need to Do TP to Unlock this Phone.
U can do anything But U must have INI Settings for Wakeup Shutdown Screen do u have its INI Settings?

I belive that v3 is a v3r Refurbished, only unlock with v3r testpoint and Usb Smart P2k tool 4.1 o 5.3 or Smart-clip and Ok

yes, you are right.
I just got a v3 0A.30 - R4515_G, the logicboard like v3r covered TF card slot.
And just unlocked same as v3r, by GOTmoto, without TP.
