is there any software solution without boxes ( calculator or ...) ?

what solution are you using, contact service provider usually just means that the phone is locked so if you just unlock it using any of the boxes available like ubl it will then be unlocked and this message will no longer be there

bro,thats easy,firts you need remove that message,you need put a diferent company sim card and turn on the phone and wait from 15 min to 12 hour without turn off the phone and you will see that the phone ask for a subsidy code,so now you can unlock with LOG,free soft or any box without problem,regard

I think u cannot get solution provided without any box;
you better use smart clip is u get it
1. make repair; u need internet connection
2. Load flash file and flash ur phone
3. make unlock

all will be ok
