v300 died - GSM-Forum

hi all

i have v300 (not power).i replace good flash v300 (in good phone )but the phone haven't power.
after i use labtool read full good flash and write full into bad flash.

all way ,the phone haven't power.

Can you tell me the name of V300 Flash IC?

Flash chip for V300 : Intel RD38F3340LLYDQ1 , it have in database for INTEL site .
Format : SCSP , Pin : 8x10+8 BALL.

i have V300 which flashed by V600 fllash, can i have V300 flash to repair them.
