V360 flashed can not call or receive calls - GSM-Forum

I flashed a motorola v360 (R4513_G_08.B7.56R) and now it registers in the network, has full signal but when I try to call it fails. Also when I call from other phone on it is like being powerd off.

Does anyone knows what is it about?

You phone had PDS016 , and You change zone during flashing , to PDS00C.
Now , You need repair PDS with MSS4.
