V360 problem: Videos directory is missing! - GSM-Forum

Hi All,

I have a problem with my cell, the type is V360. So, the directory, when I hold my videos is missing, i can not find it in the "My Files" menu, only the "Pictures" and the "Sounds" can be found in there. I have done a reset on my phone, i am try to delete the "Videos" directory, and create a new one, but nothing helps me. The only way I can reach this folder (Videos), If I enter the "Record Video" -> Menu -> Go To Videos. i can see the directory in windows mode too.

Can you help me? My friend told me, this is a mainboard problem. Is that true? What do You think?

Fot those, who have the same problem: You have to uploaded the original flash (or a working flash) into your cell phone and after that You can get back the lost directory or missing options. So, this is the solution for this problem i think.
