v3i Caller Name Dispaly Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi every one.

I have a v3i phone with Fido/Rogers network. I recently subscribed for the Caller Name ID service (it shows the caller name similar to how the land line works) and it works fine. That is until I miss a call and in the Received Calls list I get only the number of the caller not the name. With my v3 I used to get the name and the number when I press the view soft key in the Received Calls list.

the S/W is: R479_G_08.B4.85R
