V400 dead help !!!!

I trying to flash my V400 to new firmware .. to v535 now Multiflash Flex and RSD Lite 1.8.1 is not recognizing my phone. It keeps saying FLASH FAILED and sees my phone as a "S BLANK NEPTUNE" device and now doesn't even boot up!! I know its on as I get the ding sound when it connects to the pc?? I read somewhere that I need to do a Bootloader Refresh?? Where do I get this file or is there something else I need to do .. Please HELP!!

RSD 1.8 is pretty old..

Download the 2.4 and try to connect the phone in flash mode ( pressing # * and ON )
