Arrow v525 shutting itself off


Is anyone having a problem with there v525 shutting itself off. I put it down and a few hours later go to the phone and it is off. I have had it a few weeks now and it has happen about 8 times. Anyone with this problem...? Any advise...?

I've also had this problem and fiddling around with settings incrementally i think i found the answer. Try setting power saving mode to off (i think thats what its called)

lemme know if this solves it

I turned this function off when it started happening, I also shut the screen saver off. I have insatlled a new battery as well. I noticed that it only happens when I leave the phone on and put it down at night. But from the time that I wake up in the morning till the time I get home which is a total of 13 to 14 hours this doesn't happen.....

I flexed my v525 over to v600. JUST did the flex and it is working fine. Camara is also working with no problems and even better resolution. I turn a function off which put the unit into DSM (deep sleep mode) which turns off the phone after none use for a certain amount of time. Everything is fine with my unit now.....
