V600 blank inner screen - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have a problem with V600 inner screen. When I switch the phone I hear start up tone and there is a Motorola logo on the outer screen but the inner screen remains blank (white).
I tried to fullflash the phone. A message about SW upgrade appears on the inner screen therefore I understand that LCD and ribbon are OK. But there are no results after fullflash. Repairing PDS also didn't help

it happen after unlock
